Nava Narasimha Prumal temple is one of the famous Hindu temple.It is located in Nandyal town of Kurnool district,Andra Pradesh.

Divyadesam consists of two mountains,Upper Ahobilam and Lower Ahobilam.Thiru Singavel Kundram is also called as “Ahobilam”.This Ahobilam Sthalam is also known as "Nava Narasimha Kshetram".

The Darshan of Sthala Perumal gives in 9 different ways and it is so powerful as Nava Grahaas.

This sthalam is inside mountain and the Lord Vishnu, as Sri Narasimhar is giving his seva in 9 different stages, that is Ahobila Narasimar,  Malola Narasimhar, Varagha Narasimhar, Bhavana Narasimhar, Yoganandha Narasimhar, Chathra Narasimhar,  Kaaranja Narasimhar, Jwala Narasimhar, Bharghava Narasimhar. 

Aadhiseshan head part is called as Thiruvenkadamudayaan's Tirupathi, his body pard is called as this sthalam and the tail part is called as "Sri Sailam". Lord Shiva is found there. Sri Narasimhar was praised by Sri Aadhi Shankarar. He was also praised by Udayavar Sri Ramanujar and Shri Madhava Chariyar.
